Laura Giraud

Laura Giraud joined the Tennessee Bitcoin Alliance board in 2025. During her 34-year public-sector career she directed real-estate, right-of-way, and facilities portfolios for Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and the start-up Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART), negotiating multiyear agreements exceeding $500 million and overhauling agency-wide procedures.
